Text Transcriptions (No Audio)
- When you speak to Bloom, your voice is converted to text so your question can be processed.
- Bloom does not store or retain voice or audio recordings.
- Text input and generated output may be stored to support conversation history and service improvement.
- Deleted conversations are removed promptly from active systems.
Technical and Usage Data
We collect limited technical data, including:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Temporary IP address
- Crash logs and error diagnostics
- Aggregate usage metrics
Account Information (Optional)
If a user chooses to create an account, we collect:
- Email address (for authentication and account communication)
- Preferences and subscription status
Payment details are handled by app store providers. Bloom does not store credit card information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide conversation history and responses
- Improve accuracy, performance, and reliability
- Debug errors and incorrect answers
- Monitor for abuse and maintain security
- Conduct internal analytics
Bloom does not sell personal data and does not use data for advertising.
3. Human Review
Text transcripts may occasionally be reviewed by authorized personnel for quality assurance or bug triage. Access is limited and controlled.
4. Data Retention
- Deleted conversations are removed promptly.
- Guest or inactive data may be automatically purged after extended inactivity (for example, ~12 months).
- Bloom may purge older data for safety, storage, or performance reasons.
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Data Sharing
Bloom may share limited data:
- With service providers supporting infrastructure and analytics, under confidentiality obligations
- To comply with legal requirements or valid government requests
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
Bloom does not sell or rent personal information.
6. Security
Bloom applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy
Bloom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Users
Bloom operates from the United States. Data may be processed or stored in the U.S. or other jurisdictions with different privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance.
